I am looking for a plus size religous apparel store in Southeast Michigan.?
September 6, 2008 - My daughter will be making her first Communion soon and I am looking for a place that deals with plus size girls. Not looking for a bridal shop though! They don't have traditional Communion dresses!
Any suggestions welcome and thanks!

There is a great store in Southgate Michigan called Decembers or have you tried JC Penny for some reason, I think I've seen Communion dresses there. You might also try this store it's call Matajah (or a spelling very similar) they are located in Garden City on Ford Road. There is another store that I'm thinking of as well but can not recall the name...let me think about it and if I remember the name I will answer again. I would try Decembers though...they might be able to refer you too.

If one thing I’ve learned in life is you can never have too much information and the more you plan the more likely you are to succeed. There is always an option but most of the time people rather recite what they hear rather than try to figure out why they think that way. If you take a differing belief as an attack on what you believe you are scared that you may be wrong.
